Monitoring - We have implemented the fix and all services should be up and running. We have requested an incident report from our Internet Service Provider and will send out a mail to all the affected parties. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenienced caused.

Identified - We have identified and are busy fixing the issue. Our ISP has had a routing issue on our VPN IP which wouldn't allow any connections to be routed to the internet. To speed up the resolution we are manually moving all clients to a New VPN IP. All services should start working in the next 15 minutes.

Scheduled - Our Data Centre service provider has scheduled Maintenance on their UPS power failover systems in order to achieve a Tier 3 Certificate on redundant power supplies. This unfortunately needs to be done during working hours as stated by the certificate requirements. IronTree has redundant equipment and redundant power running on 2 separate A + B feeds. This should mean that there is no expected downtime of the live infrastructure. Clients should please test affected sites/services listed, post the change window, and inform IronTree regarding any issues /queries experienced.
