Incident Description: We are currently experiencing hardware issues relating to our Disaster Recovery Services.

Incident fix: Hardware fixes have been applied and will be improving over the next 72 hours.

Incident Effect: Backups may intermittently fail with "Cloud Storage Temporarily Unavailable" message.

We apologise for the effect this may have on your RPO and RTO and we are working on resolving this asap.
